Position Description
Motility, an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is looking for a motivated Sales Lead Generation Specialist. As a Sales Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers for our dealer management software solutions. You will work closely with the marketing and sales management teams to generate leads through various channels, including outbound prospecting, email campaigns, and social media outreach. Your efforts will help drive revenue growth by ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified leads for our outside sales team.
Training
Requirements
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as a part of a collaborative team Inside sales, sales support, lead generation, or business development experience preferred Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation software a plus Experience in the RV, marine, or power sports industries is a plus but not required
