Essential Functions:
  • Responsible for verifying, tracking and reporting on inventory.
  • Coordinate with planning/production to control, inventory management, scheduling and material planning.
  • Manage the inventory levels for finished goods and raw materials. Using historical data and forward-looking sales data and trends for directing inventory levels.
  • Assist with coordinating activities of all staff engaged in inventory control and inventory record accuracy.
  • Coordinate and Lead site-level strategic inventory plan that aligns with the corporate objectives for Working Capital and On-time Delivery.
  • Maintain inventory as required by the sales and operations planning process, customer requirements, production schedules and corporate inventory management objectives.
  • Review the current inventory positions for the raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods and to provide weekly/monthly summary of the same and to present upon request.
The ideal candidate would possess the following skills/experience:
  • Data Management: Expert in handling large datasets and utilizing tools (e.g., ERP, CRM systems, Excel, ) to extract meaningful data and insights.
  • Reporting & Visualization: Design clear and concise reports with data visualizations (charts, graphs) to communicate key insights to stakeholders.
  • CRM Systems: Experience with CRM systems.
  • Analytic Dashboards: Technical proficiency in creating and defining dashboards for better decision-making and performance tracking.
  • Project Management Tools: Familiarity with project mgmt. tools and ticketing systems
  • Internal Presentations: Assist in creating internal presentations to support sales team initiatives.
Educational Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in sales operations, sales analysis, sales support or a related field.
  • Previous experience in materials, logistics, inventory management, manufacturing operations, or supply chain strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to work with large datasets and extract actionable insights.
  • Proficiency with CRM, ERP systems, and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data.
  • Experience with sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales process optimization.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
