Location: Headquarters is in Downtown Los Angeles, CA. This is a hybrid position.

Duration: 3 months


Position Summary:

We're seeking a highly engaged and driven intern to join our sales team. In this role, the Sales Intern will support our team with account-specific projects, data organization, and operational processes. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in sales operations, retail account management, and data analysis within the consumer goods industry. The ideal candidate is proactive, eager to learn, and passionate about sales and business development. You'll work closely with a dynamic team of experienced sales leaders, developing valuable skills in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Account-Specific Sales Support: Assist in daily sales tasks, including item set-up forms, updating sales presentations, and supporting account-related administrative needs.
  • Master Item File Maintenance: Clean up and optimize the master item file to ensure accurate and up-to-date product data for internal and external use.
  • Sales Sample Order Processing: Coordinate and process sample orders for retail partners and internal teams.
  • General Sales Support: Provide administrative and operational support as needed to help the team build stronger, more impactful sales strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to support business objectives

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must be a junior or senior currently pursuing or have recently completed an undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Must be able to commute to the LA office 2 times a week in a hybrid modality
  • Must be able to work at least 18-20 hours per week
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, along with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with data management.
  • Positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work independently while collaborating with the team
  • Must be able to commit to an internship of up to 3 months.
  • Interest in the beauty, retail, or consumer goods industry is a plus.
