Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Sales and Implementation Specialist to join our team and support the growth of Factory 360 in the U.S. market. This role is responsible for promoting and selling the Factory 360 digital twin solution while also managing the product's implementation and customer support following the sale. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to manage projects with precision and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
SALES RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify new business opportunities for the Factory 360 product.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients in manufacturing, engineering, and industrial sectors.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and consultations to showcase the value and capabilities of Factory 360.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client needs.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract close.
IMPLEMENTATION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the deployment of Factory 360 solutions at client facilities, ensuring successful setup and integration.
- Conduct site visits to assess customer environments and recommend best-fit implementation strategies.
- Utilize tools such as 3D Laser scanners, drones, and camera equipment to create precise digital twin models of client facilities.
- Train clients on using the Factory 360 platform and provide ongoing technical support as needed.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation and ensure successful project delivery.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with Factory 360's engineering team to resolve escalations
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in technical sales, solutions consulting, or a related field.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies.
- Experience with digital twin solutions, 3D scanning, or similar technologies is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical information for diverse audiences.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.
- Ability to travel extensively 80-90% within the United States for client visits, presentations, and implementation support.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required; candidates with significant experience in technical sales and product execution are encouraged to apply.
