Job Title: AVP - Sales Hunter / Client Partner (Salesforce Solutions)

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven AVP-level Sales Hunter / Client Partner to drive growth within our Salesforce practice, specifically focused on the Hi-Tech industry. In this high-impact role, you will identify and close new business opportunities, build executive relationships, and deliver tailored Salesforce digital transformation solutions to leading Hi-Tech enterprises across the West Coast.

You'll act as a trusted advisor, bringing deep industry knowledge and Salesforce expertise to help clients solve their most pressing business challenges.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify, engage, and close new enterprise clients within the Hi-Tech sector for Salesforce solutions.
  • Develop strong relationships with C-level and VP-level decision-makers at Hi-Tech companies.
  • Collaborate with internal Salesforce delivery, marketing, and solution teams to design client-specific value propositions.
  • Own and lead the full sales cycle - from prospecting and qualification through proposal, negotiation, and closure.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets aligned with practice and company goals.
  • Represent the company at Salesforce and industry events, particularly in the Hi-Tech ecosystem.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Salesforce platform and its relevance to Hi-Tech business models.
  • Drive strategic account planning and contribute to the go-to-market strategy within the Hi-Tech vertical.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of IT services sales experience, with 3+ years focused on Salesforce solutions.
  • Proven track record in a hunter role, with consistent success generating new business.
  • Strong experience selling into the Hi-Tech domain - understanding industry pain points, growth drivers, and buying behaviors.
  • Expertise across the Salesforce product suite (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
  • Excellent consultative sales skills and ability to create value-based proposals.
  • Well-developed network across West Coast Hi-Tech companies is a strong advantage.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Salesforce certification(s) or background in a Salesforce-focused consultancy.
  • Experience working in or with a Salesforce system integrator.
  • Willingness to travel across the West Coast as client needs require.
