Floor Captain
Description of the role: As a Sales Floor Closing Captain at Route 128 Honda in Reading, MA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and success of the sales floor during the process of selling
Responsibilities: - Manage the close clients on the sales floor
- Supervise and lead a team of sales associates on calls along with setting sales appointment's
- Oversee customer CSI
- Ensure that the sales floor is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Handle any escalated customer concerns or issues along with the flow to finance
Requirements: - Previous experience in sales or retail management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- CSI Driven
- ability and proven track record to close deals.
