Sales Executive Ocean & Air Import/Export Cargo

Mega Shipping & Forwarding is a freight forwarding company located in Secaucus,
New Jersey.

We are looking for a Sales Executive who:

•   has active sales experience in business development or direct sales.

•   will sell Import and Export Air and Ocean cargo

•   will be able to open new sale lines and maintain existing customer portfolio.

•   can travel to establish relationships with prospective customers - scheduling appointments for face to face sales.

•   can respond to the customers with sales tools,

•   can investigate and plan the most appropriate route for shipment, taking into account of the perishable or hazardous nature of goods, cost, transit time and security.

•   can negotiate contracts by air, sea, and road- ensuring cost effective and secure solutions for small shippers with small amount of cargo to require their dedicated units

•   can quote competitive prices depending on the cargo type, based on our contract with the airlines and steamship lines.

•   can establish new cargo routes with existing and prospective customers
Salary + commission pay structure: wages will be determined depending on the experience.

Requirements:

•   Preferred - 2 years of sales experience working in the transportation-logistics sector

•   Have a work permit in the USA

•   Required - communicate verbally and in writing in English and Turkish, preferably
