Sales Executive in our contact centre team.
We're looking for a driven and friendly individual who can handle
inbound calls, engage with customers, and use their product knowledge to
upsell and cross-sell effectively. This is a
KPI-driven role, so you ll need to be comfortable working in a performance-focused environment but we ll give you all the training and support you need to succeed.
What You ll Do: - Handle inbound customer enquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our digital services and solutions.
- Hit and exceed your KPIs (we ll make sure they re clear, fair, and achievable).
- Deliver outstanding customer service on every call.
- Keep accurate call notes and use CRM tools to manage follow-ups.
What You ll Need: - Confident phone manner with a clear, friendly communication style.
- Target-driven mindset enjoys the buzz of smashing goals.
- Positive attitude and a team player approach.
- Some customer service or sales experience (contact centre experience a bonus).
- Basic computer and typing skills.
What You ll Get: - £25,000 starting salary (increased to £26,000 after successful 6-month probation).
