As a Specialty Home Infusion Sales Representative, you'll lead growth efforts across a defined territory-partnering with physicians, hospitals, and healthcare providers to drive referrals for high-touch, high-impact infusion therapies delivered in the home or alternate-site settings. You'll be part of a mission-focused team helping patients receive critical treatments like IVIG, biologics, and specialty infusibles-right where they need it most.


What You'll Do:

  • Own and execute a territory sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Engage with physicians in Neurology, Rheumatology, Gastroenterology, Allergy & Immunology, and Infectious Disease
  • Educate referral sources on the clinical and quality-of-life benefits of home infusion
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and support for new patients
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and maintain strong knowledge of disease states and reimbursement
  • Represent the brand at physician education events, conferences, and networking forums
  • Keep CRM systems up to date with sales activity and forecast insights

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare sales-infusion, specialty pharmacy, or biotech preferred
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding goals
  • Deep understanding of the home infusion model, third-party reimbursement, and prescriber ecosystems
  • Confident communicator with strong organization and follow-up skills
  • Self-starter who can plan, prioritize, and travel across the territory (approx. 75%)
  • Bonus points for experience with Salesforce, EMR systems, or established provider relationships
