What you'll be doing:
- Making outbound calls to potential and existing customers - building relationships and winning people over
- Generating leads and converting them into sales
- Managing customer queries with care and confidence
- Keeping customer records up to date in the CRM system
- Working closely with a supportive sales team to meet and beat targets
What we're looking for:
- A natural communicator with great people skills
- Previous experience in telesales, customer service or sales
- Confident using CRM systems and sales tools
- Self-motivated, organised, and happy working in a team
- A positive attitude and a desire to grow in a thriving industry
