We're working with a well-established manufacturing company based in Malton that's looking to bring in a confident and proactive Sales Executive to join their team.

Some of the Sales Executive responsibilities will be:
- Managing inbound enquiries and processing sales orders
- Making outbound calls to existing customers to promote products and services
- Following up on warm leads from marketing campaigns, account managers, and existing clients
- Understanding customer needs and recommending the right solutions
- Using sales scripts to guide conversations and deliver consistent messaging
- Building long-term relationships to increase customer loyalty
- Logging all customer interactions and managing the sales pipeline
- Meeting or exceeding personal and team sales targets
- Feeding back on customer preferences and market trends
- Handling any customer queries or concerns with professionalism
- Spotting opportunities to upsell and cross-sell
To be successful in this role you must:
- Have proven experience working within Sales
- Be resilient and have the ability to stay positive when facing rejection
- Have a target-driven mindset with a strong customer focus
- Have great relationship-building and communication skills
- Be confident using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
This is a full-time, permanent role working Monday to Friday earning a salary between £26,000 and £28,000 depending on experience.
