Preflex, an industry-leading manufacturer of Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs), is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Executive to grow our innovative SIPs sales division in the California area.
What You'll Do:
- Identify and develop relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and developers.
- Educate clients on the benefits of SIPs, including sustainability, energy efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate on technical proposals, quotations, and project-specific solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to project completion.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
Who You Are:
- Experienced in construction/building materials sales (5+ years).
- Familiar with architectural drawings and construction processes.
- Excellent communicator with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Motivated self-starter, comfortable with site visits and travel.
