We are seeking a dynamic and driven SaaS Sales Executive to join our team and spearhead customer acquisition and revenue growth in three mission-critical industries: Power & Energy, Healthcare, and Pharmaceuticals. In this role, you will be responsible for selling cutting-edge SaaS solutions that enable digital transformation, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making across enterprise clients.


You will act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders in highly regulated, technical environments-guiding them through complex buying cycles and aligning our solutions with their strategic goals.


Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and qualification to contract negotiation and close.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers including CIOs, Operations Managers, Compliance Officers, and Procurement Heads.

Understand industry-specific challenges (e.g., energy efficiency mandates, HIPAA compliance, drug lifecycle tracking) and map them to our SaaS solutions.

Customize presentations and demos to demonstrate value and ROI based on each vertical's pain points.

Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success to ensure alignment throughout the sales funnel.

Meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets and key performance metrics.

Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and competitor activity in each vertical.


Ideal Candidate Profile

Required:

5+ years of SaaS B2B sales experience, preferably with enterprise clients.

Proven track record of closing deals in one or more of the following industries: Power/Energy, Healthcare, or Pharmaceuticals.

Strong understanding of complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to quickly understand technical solutions and translate them into business value.

Preferred:

Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales automation platforms.
