Job Overview
We are seeking a Sales Executive to drive revenue growth and manage key enterprise accounts within the telecommunications and network infrastructure space. The role focuses on strengthening relationships with existing clients while identifying and executing strategies to grow account value and meet sales goals. This is a strategic, relationship-driven sales role requiring deep industry knowledge and a consultative approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for assigned national enterprise accounts.
- Achieve sales quotas by promoting communications infrastructure solutions including fiber, small cell, and connectivity services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Lead high-impact sales presentations tailored to client business needs and industry trends.
- Manage the full sales cycle: discovery, proposal development, contract negotiation, and close.
- Work closely with cross-functional internal teams (engineering, operations, legal, etc.) to craft and deliver client-specific solutions.
- Negotiate Master Services Agreements and manage multi-department engagements within large accounts.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and account records in CRM.
- Identify new revenue opportunities within existing accounts.
- Travel to client sites as required.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience on B2B sales experience in the telecommunications or network infrastructure space.
- Proven success selling to and managing enterprise accounts.
- Strong understanding of strategic account management and enterprise sales processes.
- Experience negotiating complex agreements such as MSAs.
- In-depth knowledge of technologies such as WDM, Ethernet, Cloud Connectivity, IP, and managed network/security services.
- Demonstrated ability to create customer-centric solutions and drive long-term relationships.
- Skilled in presenting to senior leadership and navigating complex procurement processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
