What you'll be doing

You will be trained to know our products thoroughly; you'll take pride in them and confidently sell them to customers using your developing sales skills.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Following up on warm sales leads, visiting customers at their homes or utilizing our new remote selling framework.
  2. Delivering persuasive business development pitches to convert quotes into sales.
  3. Educating customers about our products and services, thinking quickly, and cross-selling where appropriate.
  4. Working with customers to meet their specific needs and ensuring first-time right service.
What we're looking for

You should be self-motivated and confident in engaging with customers at various levels. You will be:

  • Proactive and results-oriented.
  • Flexible with workloads and working hours.
  • Committed to providing high-quality customer service.
  • Ideally experienced in Home Improvements or a similar field.
  • A driver with a full UK driving licence and your own car.
