Business Developer / Sales Development Representative

Hybrid - 3 days on site, 2 days from home

What you'll be doing:
  1. Making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to build relationships and win them over
  2. Generating leads and converting them into sales
  3. Managing customer queries with care and confidence
  4. Keeping customer records up to date in the CRM system
  5. Collaborating with a supportive sales team to meet and exceed targets
What we're looking for:
  1. Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people
  2. Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or sales
  3. Confidence in using CRM systems and sales tools
  4. Self-motivated, organized, and team-oriented
  5. A positive attitude and a desire to grow within a thriving industry
