What You'll Be Doing


As a Sales Executive, you won't just be the face of our business-you'll be our resident sales expert. In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Prospecting and cold calling to generate new business
  • Building and nurturing long-term client relationships
  • Selling innovative staffing solutions tailored to client needs
  • Negotiating deals and forecasting performance
  • Managing your assigned territory strategically
  • Delivering outstanding customer service
  • Partnering with Fortune 500 clients to design and implement workforce solutions that drive their success

About You

We're looking for a confident, driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. Ideally, you have:

  • A Bachelor's degree, or a combination of education and related experience totaling at least six (6) years
  • Strong client sales experience-comfortable with cold calling, solution selling, account growth, and delivering compelling presentations
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills-you prioritize effectively and meet deadlines
  • A people-first mindset-able to build trust, maintain relationships, and navigate conversations at all organizational levels
  • Working knowledge of labor and employment laws
  • Solid proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Exceptional communication skills-both verbal and written, one-on-one and in group settings
  • A self-starter attitude with a competitive edge-you bring energy, passion, and perseverance to everything you do

What You'll Earn & Enjoy

The anticipated starting salary range for this role is $56,485 base plus uncapped commission. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, education, location, and other factors. This position is also eligible for additional performance-based incentives, including bonuses and/or commissions.
