Sales Executive - Staffing Solutions

Base Salary: $60,000-$80,000 (based on experience) + Commission

LHH is seeking a motivated Sales Executive with staffing industry experience to join our Plano, TX team. This is a hybrid role ideal for a relationship-driven sales professional who understands the staffing landscape and thrives in a consultative sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage client relationships across HR, accounting, finance, and administrative sectors
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through outreach, networking, and drop-ins
- Conduct discovery calls, client visits, and solution presentations to understand hiring needs
- Collaborate with recruiters to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction
- Track all activity and pipeline in CRM and meet or exceed performance goals
- Act as a brand ambassador for LHH, helping reintroduce our team post-rebrand (from Accounting Principals)
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of staffing sales or business development experience (required)
- Strong B2B relationship-building and closing skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Familiarity with the Dallas-Fort Worth market preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
