We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented, and strategic Sales Executive to join our team. Reporting to the Executive Vice President, this role will play a key part in growing our membership, strengthening distributor and supplier partnerships, and ensuring long-term customer retention. This position is ideal for a highly self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable working with healthcare executives, and has strong presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage new healthcare facilities (physician offices, surgery centers, specialty clinics, urgent care centers, etc.) to join MediGroup.
- Work closely with distributor sales reps and suppliers to drive engagement and increase contract participation.
- Present MediGroup's value proposition to healthcare decision-makers through virtual and in-person meetings.
- Assist new members with onboarding and procurement process implementation.
- Present cost analyses and develop proposals to highlight savings opportunities for prospects.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with members, ensuring they maximize savings and benefits through MediGroup.
- Support marketing initiatives to enhance awareness and promote MediGroup's offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales processes and customer experience.
- Travel as needed to industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in healthcare, GPO, medical distribution, or B2B sales.
- Ability to work with executives and key decision-makers within healthcare organizations.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills with a focus on consultative selling.
- Sales Outreach and Lead Generation: Comfortable and experienced in cold calling, warm calling, and following up on leads to drive business growth.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to track and manage multiple accounts.
- Self-motivated and goal-driven with a passion for sales and relationship building.
- Fast Learner with the ability to adapt to a fast-changing industry landscape.
- Comfortable with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and virtual meeting platforms.
- Some travel required.

Compensation Range: Base salary $65,000-$75,000 determined by experience and qualifications plus first year performance-based bonus opportunity of up to $30,000.
