The Role: We need relentless, ambitious Sales Executives ready to own their pipeline and crush targets. As a Sales Executive, you're on the frontline-booking critical meetings and driving revenue growth by engaging senior logistics and operations leaders.
Your Mission:
- Dominate daily outreach: calls, emails, LinkedIn (75+ touches per day).
- Aggressively hunt and engage key decision-makers at targeted accounts ($25M-$500M revenue companies).
- Lock in 30 high-quality, high-impact meetings every month.
- Convert meetings into real pipeline opportunities and close at least 3 new customers per month.
- Own your activities in HubSpot CRM with precision and accountability.
- Collaborate intensely with the Director of Sales, sharpening strategies and constantly optimizing outreach.
Who You Are:
- 1+ years of proven performance in outbound sales, ideally in logistics, tech, or SaaS.
- Fearless communicator who thrives on calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Driven, persistent, and energized by high stakes and ambitious targets.
- CRM-savvy (HubSpot preferred) and obsessed with data-driven results.
