Industry leading basic salary of £25,000 with a guaranteed £30,000 in your first year and £55,000 OTE

Please note: previous experience in an automotive sales role is required

Highlights of this role include:

  • Talking with and listening to customers to build rapport and understand their requirements.
  • Building trust, communicating effectively, and surpassing customer expectations to provide a service-based experience. Ensuring the customer's buying experience is industry leading and aligns with our standards.
  • Demonstrating suitable options to customers, understanding and adapting to their buying strategy, and encouraging test drives.
  • Using in-depth product knowledge to guide customers towards the best choice for them.
  • Collaborating with colleagues and other teams across the Centre to provide continuous improvement and seamless service (e.g., attending to Aftersales customers to generate new business).
  • Following up sales opportunities for other teams, such as Fleet Sales, with the most appropriate specialist.
