Compensation: $75,000 - $150,000 annually (Base Salary + Performance-Based Bonus Plan)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, high-energy Sales Execution Leader to drive performance and results within our sales team. This role is critical for turning strategy into action-ensuring our sales processes are consistently followed, improving execution in the field, coaching reps to higher performance, and ultimately maximizing revenue and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a natural leader who thrives on accountability, coaching, and results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team daily to ensure full execution of the sales process and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Drive a high-performance sales culture focused on meeting and exceeding revenue targets, close rates, demo rates, and average sale values.
  • Conduct daily check-ins, ride-alongs, and one-on-one coaching sessions to improve skills, mindset, and consistency across the team.
  • Monitor sales activities and CRM entries to ensure process adherence, pipeline health, and timely follow-ups.
  • Identify gaps in individual or team performance and implement corrective action plans.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and leadership to align sales execution with company goals and customer expectations.
  • Help train new sales representatives and oversee onboarding to ensure fast ramp-up times.
  • Track and analyze key sales metrics, providing regular reporting and insights to leadership.
  • Motivate and inspire the team through contests, recognition programs, and ongoing training initiatives.
  • Serve as a "hands-on" leader willing to step in and support sales activities as needed.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in home improvement, remodeling, or residential services.
  • Strong understanding of structured sales processes, performance management, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent coaching, motivational, and accountability skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and team members.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving sales team performance.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mentality.
  • Ability to travel locally for field coaching and events as needed.
  • Positive, energetic, and competitive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with in-home sales teams or project-based selling.
  • Familiarity with finance and pricing programs related to home improvement products.
  • Training certification or experience in implementing structured sales training programs.
Compensation:
  • Earning potential of $75,000-$150,000+ annually
