Position Summary Smart Start is seeking a proactive, self-driven, and well-organized Conference and Sales Support Coordinator. Your main responsibilities will include managing national conferences and events and coordinating and executing external conference communications. Additionally, you'll be assisting a nationwide sales team with strategy formulation, promotional activities, and communication with influencers.
Job Responsibilities - Coordinate all aspects of national conferences including the physical booth, travel, promotions, sponsorships, special events, etc.
- Collaborate with team members to develop various marketing pieces, such as booth graphics, conference ads, pre- and post-conference e-blasts, and social and public relations.
- Oversee and maintain the online store for promotional items, logo wear and print materials.
- Monitor and provide updates on the budget for national conferences.
- Report on market intelligence to ensure Smart Start's competitive agility and strategy in the marketplace
- Support sales strategies specific to the competitive approach and influencer opportunity
- Maintain a high level of proficiency and knowledge in Smart Start products and monitoring platforms
- Maintain a strong partnership with Field Operations teams within assigned territories
- Coordinate sales activities with BDR(s) and assist with program needs
- Assist BDR(s) in completing competitive analysis calls and information gathering
- Coordinate email blasts, mailers, and other large-scale sales strategies with the BDR(s)

Requirements - Experience in conference and event coordination
Abilities required - Travel on occasion 15% (conferences and sales events).
- Above average computer proficiency (MS Office Suite, CRM and Proprietary Software Systems)
