Wholesale Distribution Sales Estimator , you will play a critical role in developing accurate and competitive sales estimates based on customer needs, project specifications, and market conditions. You will work closely with the sales, procurement, and operations teams to ensure quotes are both profitable and aligned with customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities: - Review project plans, specifications, and customer inquiries to prepare accurate cost and sales estimates.
- Analyze product requirements, transportation, and other factors affecting pricing.
- Collaborate with sales representatives and account managers to develop competitive quotes and proposals.
- Source and verify pricing with suppliers, vendors, and internal databases.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and value-added solutions for clients.
- Maintain and update estimate records and databases.
- Participate in post-bid reviews and adjust pricing strategies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and industry standards.
