The Opportunity
We're looking for a high-performing Sales Engineer to partner closely with our Account Executives and leadership team. E xperience working with complex workflow automation is critical. Engineering and industrial design knowledge is a plus. This role is critical in translating technical capabilities into compelling business value for prospective customers.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Executives to support the sales cycle from discovery to close
- Deliver tailored product demos and technical presentations to enterprise prospects
- Build and maintain technical documentation and customer-specific solution architecture
- Lead workshops and proof-of-concept sessions with client stakeholders
- Gather customer feedback and partner with Product & Engineering to inform roadmap
- Serve as a trusted advisor to prospective clients, articulating how C-981 delivers measurable value
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales Engineering at a SaaS company
- Experience working with complex workflow automations
- Experience selling into enterprise accounts and working with technical and business stakeholders
- Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling skills - in meetings and on stage
- Strong understanding of SaaS architecture, APIs, and implementation workflows
- Curiosity for advanced manufacturing, aerospace, or industrial tech is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred
