The Opportunity:

We are seeking a technically minded and commercially driven Sales Engineer/Business Development Manager to play a pivotal role in driving business development and revenue growth for our radioactive sources and inspection equipment portfolio. You ll act as a bridge between technical expertise and customer engagement, helping clients understand the benefits of SafeRad s unique safety-first approach while delivering tailored solutions to meet their inspection needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand market presence across key territories
  • Identify and engage with potential clients in industries such as energy, petrochemical, aerospace, and infrastructure
  • Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to engineers, NDT professionals, and procurement teams
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate radioactive source projectors and accessories
  • Build strong relationships with distributors, contractors, and end-users
  • Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and site visits as required
  • Provide feedback to internal teams on market trends, customer needs, and product performance
  • Support the preparation of proposals, tenders, and quotations
  • Ensure all activities are conducted in full compliance with radiation safety and regulatory guidelines
Requirements:
  • Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field
  • Experience & knowledge around Gamma radiation
  • Proven experience in technical sales, preferably within NDT, radiography, or industrial inspection industries
  • Knowledge of radioactive source handling and radiation safety (RPS certification or similar is advantageous)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working autonomously
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required
