A Regional Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager / Sales Engineer is required to join a leading provider of compressed air solutions and engineering products. The company delivers a broad range of systems, including rotary screw compressors, oil-free systems, vacuum pumps, blowers, chillers, and nitrogen generators, to clients across multiple industrial sectors.
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving new equipment and service sales across a well-established Central Florida territory, covering Orange, Seminole, Lake, Sumter, and Osceola counties. This is a field-based role requiring strong technical sales acumen, relationship-building ability, and a self-starter mentality.

Compensation:
• Base Salary of $75,400 annually plus uncapped Commission Structure based on margin and product category
• Commission on new equipment, parts, service, and piping installations

Regional Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager / Sales Engineer
Responsibilities:
• Develop new business opportunities and service existing customer accounts.
• Manage and prioritize daily call schedules to maximize territory coverage, build long-term relationships, and consistently follow up to close deals.
• Leverage a steady flow of inbound leads from company and manufacturer (Kaeser) channels.
• Provide regular activity and sales reporting using HubSpot CRM.
• Evaluate customer compressed air systems for upgrades or new solutions.
• Resolve customer issues by delivering technical solutions and recommendations.
• Attend trade shows, training seminars, and educational workshops to stay ahead of industry trends.
Regional Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager / Sales Engineer
Requirements:
• Proven experience in technical sales, business development, or territory management.
• Background in compressed air systems, mechanical or industrial engineering preferred.
• Strong technical understanding of compressor systems and/or vacuum pumps, blowers, chillers, and nitrogen generators.
• Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
