We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Engineer to help drive the expansion of our system integration software services for industrial automation. We're seeking a professional who blends strong technical acumen with exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities to help clients implement innovative automation and process control strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate expertise in industrial automation and system integration, including implementation best practices
- Engage with clients to understand their operations and identify how our solutions can enhance productivity, efficiency, and performance
- Translate client business objectives into tailored technical solutions that drive revenue and long-term relationships
- Lead engineering assessments and requirements discovery to shape solution design and implementation
- Create and present compelling proposals that clearly outline scope, pricing, risks, and strategic value
- Communicate automation solutions to both technical stakeholders and executive audiences in a clear, persuasive manner
- Identify and pursue revenue growth opportunities within existing accounts and through new business development
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (engineering preferred)
- Proven experience in Enterprise Sales and Account Management
- Background in cross-selling or overlay business development is a plus
- Minimum 3-5+ years of direct sales experience with an individual quota
- Experience in solution and services-based selling, particularly within manufacturing automation
