Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our technical capabilities and customer needs, ensuring that our products and services meet their expectations.
Duties - Drive sales revenue with industry-leading Cloud Service Providers and ODMs to achieve the sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, including engineering, sourcing, and other decision makers.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless account activities and timely support of customer needs.
- Support the technical aspects of the sales cycle, including product presentations and solution design, with a focus on implementing Bizlink's interconnectivity connectivity solutions.
- Resolve issues and identify opportunities for process and product improvement to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Provide insightful product knowledge, stay informed on industry trends, and monitor competitor activities to effectively highlight Bizlink's value propositions, address customer needs, and drive successful implementation of Bizlink's solutions.
- Contribute to sales forecasting and pipeline management, ensuring accurate revenue projections and alignment with business goals.
- Any other responsibilities assigned by your Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelors' or Masters' degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
- Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a technical or sales environment.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure, CSPs, and ODMs is a plus.

Salary Description
$74,000.00 - $105,000.00
