Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled and driven Sales Engineer to expand our presence in the electronic materials market. The ideal candidate will blend technical expertise with proven sales acumen to deliver customized solutions to customers in the semiconductor and optoelectronics industries.


Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage key customer accounts to drive revenue growth

Conduct technical consultations and site visits to assess customer needs

Deliver compelling product presentations tailored to technical and business audiences

Lead contract negotiations and close sales to meet or exceed revenue goals

Provide post-sales support and troubleshooting to ensure customer satisfaction

Represent YINCAE at industry events, trade shows, and conferences

Communicate product value propositions including technical benefits and ROI

Track sales performance and market insights through regular reports

Collaborate with internal teams to share customer feedback and identify new opportunities


Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (Business degrees with relevant technical sales experience will also be considered)

Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales within electronic materials, semiconductors, or a related industry

Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Effective negotiation, closing, and relationship-building abilities

Excellent organizational and time management skills


Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $60,000-$90,000

Commission: Performance-based commission structure
