Job Summary: The Sales Enablement Lead plays a critical role in driving sales productivity, efficiency, and success within our organization. This position is responsible for implementing and managing sales enablement programs, tools, and resources that equip the sales team to effectively sell the company's products and services. Working closely with Sales, Product, and Training teams, the Sales Enablement Lead focuses on providing resources that support sales skills development, product knowledge, and go-to-market strategy alignment. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on with strong experience in sales training and an understanding of the payments industry.

A natural collaborator, they are comfortable working cross-functionally to create alignment, maintain consistency in messaging, and drive customer-focused sales enablement efforts.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Training

  • Conduct regular training sessions for internal and external clients on SMB products.

2. Sales Tools

  • Ensure that sales teams have easy access to updated resources and tools that streamline their workflows.

3. Performance Metrics and Analysis

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales enablement initiatives, measuring their impact on sales performance and productivity.
  • Regularly analyze and report on enablement effectiveness, providing insights to optimize training, tools, and resources.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Product and Marketing to coordinate product launches, promotions, and campaigns, ensuring the sales team is prepared and informed.

5. Sales Playbook and Process Optimization

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive sales playbook that provides step-by-step guidance for each stage of the sales cycle.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement in the sales cycle, including streamlining hand-offs, improving lead qualification, and standardizing successful selling tactics.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (Master's is a plus).
  • Experience: 2+ years in sales enablement, sales training, or related roles within the SMB payments industry.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and enablement tools.
  • Proven experience in sales training and program management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Analytical mindset with experience measuring and optimizing enablement programs.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Compensation range: $64,500 - $80,000

Traditional Physical Requirements
