Position Description:

We're looking for a high-energy, personable Sales Director to join our growing team. If you love talking to people, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are energized by helping others, this is the role for you. As a key member of our sales team, you'll speak with customers from across the country who are referred to us or discover Rockpoint through our industry-leading digital marketing. You'll guide them through our services, build strong, empathetic relationships, and help them take the next step toward relief. Your focus will be on educating potential clients, maintaining relationships, and closing transactions all over the phone, with a consultative and compassionate approach.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on connection and conversation, loves solving problems, and has a sense of urgency and responsiveness that sets them apart. While legal knowledge isn't required, you must be comfortable communicating with attorneys and clients alike.


Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within key target markets, beyond the existing portfolio.
  • Conduct regular phone and video meetings with prospective and existing clients to assess evolving needs and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Manage and maintain an organized sales pipeline by logging leads, activities, and account updates in the company's CRM.
  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to customer service excellence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, fulfillment, and ongoing client satisfaction.
  • Monitor competitor offerings, industry trends, and market shifts to help inform team strategy and positioning.
  • Support senior leadership in refining and executing regional growth strategies.
  • Apply proven sales techniques to drive new customer acquisition, deepen existing relationships, and reduce churn.
  • Actively participate in team meetings, ongoing training, and professional development.
  • Share best practices and mentor new team members once onboarding is complete.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience required. Experience in a field related to personal injury is preferred.
  • Minimum five years experience in sales, business development, and/or legal.
  • Experience with Google Suite, and willingness to learn/use mobile and web-based sales and project management applications.
  • Adept at social media

Compensation:

$70,000 - $80,000 yearly base salary + targeted commissions structure ($130,000-$140,000 OTE)
