Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and Hitech companies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with company goals and market demands.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead.
- Lead negotiations and close deals to drive revenue growth.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the IT services or Hitech industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships at various levels.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with ISVs and Hitech companies is a significant advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
