Job Details

Key Responsibilities:
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and execute a sales strategy that increases revenue and market share within the first 90 days.

  • Sales Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team while fostering a results-driven culture.
  • Process Optimization: Implement structured sales processes, CRM best practices, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with operations, finance, and marketing to drive alignment and scalability.
  • Strategic Expansion: Identify new markets, service opportunities, and sales channels to drive long-term growth.
  • Performance Analytics: Establish KPI-driven reporting to track success and optimize sales efforts.

Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of sales leadership experience in transportation, logistics, or a related field.
  • Deep understanding of freight brokerage, asset-based trucking, and supply chain sales.
  • Strong background in CRM, data-driven sales strategies, and high-performance team leadership.
