The Director of Sales will lead the charge on net new growth across mid-market and emerging accounts, driving pipeline, revenue, and long-term client partnerships.
What will you be doing?
- Grow new revenue streams across a portfolio of mid-market and emerging clients
- Own pipeline development, forecasting and strategic sales execution
- Represent the brand at senior stakeholder level across enterprise clients
- Partner closely with customer success teams to deliver lasting client satisfaction
- Bring insight to both product and sales strategy based on market feedback
What skills do you need?
- 5+ years' success in ad-tech or mar-tech, with consistent quota overachievement
- Track record of winning large, complex client-direct deals using a consultative approach
- Experience in the retail media or digital media space
- A challenger mindset and proven hunter instincts for landing net-new business
- Outstanding communication, relationship-building, and objection-handling skills
