About the position
- Title: Director of Sales team (South)
- Location: Plano, Texas (On-site)
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement territory-specific sales plans to achieve assigned quotas (To be assigned based on your strengths)
- Manage and grow our existing network of distribution channel partners within your assigned territory
- Prospect and qualift new leads & Identify, develop, and secure new channel and key accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Contribute to the development and execution of regional and national sales strategies
- Manage and mentor assigned sales representatives & manage sales lead pipeline
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals (B2B, B2C, Technical, Strategic etc)
- Excellent ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility and willingness to travel as required
- Self-motivated to aggressively contribute to the growth of a dynamic organization
Preferrence
- Engineering background (Robotics/Automation/Mobility etc)
- Prior experience in robotics/automation industry
