The company:
The business is a Series C funded LegalTech firm. The business that sells a SaaS platform that uses next-generation AI to automate the generation, negotiation and analysis of contracts which is used by clients all round the globe.
The Role:
The client is looking for a hands-on sales leader to manage and lead a team of between 5-10 Account Executives in NYC and play a key part in the recruitment as the team and the business continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high-performing team of Account Executives
- Assist in recruiting, staffing, and onboarding activities to grow and maintain a high-performing team
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and other sales-related metrics to senior management
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of the software; identify gaps and propose ongoing process improvements to enhance efficiency
Requirements:
- A University degree with a GPA of 3.5 or higher
- 2+ years of recent experience leading enterprise or commercial/mid-market sales reps in a fast-paced environment
- 5+ years of full-cycle, B2B sales experience; a successful track record of winning new business at the enterprise and strategic level
- Articulate, charismatic and confident in a customer-facing role
- Demonstrated ability to work directly with senior managers and C-level executives, building strong relationships and understanding complex business needs
