Salesforce Financial Services Sales Director

I'm working with a client seeking a rockstar Salesforce Financial Services seller to drive growth and expand their footprint across the US. This is a high-impact role where you'll tap into an existing customer base, while also bringing in net new opportunities across the financial services landscape.
What you'll do:
- Lead strategic sales efforts focused on Salesforce professional services within the financial services vertical
- Leverage existing relationships and develop new ones within Tier 1 banks across North America
- Collaborate with internal delivery and technical teams to craft compelling Salesforce solutions for clients
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, navigating complex enterprise sales cycles
Must haves:
- 8+ years of experience selling Salesforce professional services
- Proven track record selling into Tier 1 Banks (e.g., JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America, Citi, etc.)
- Deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and financial services industry challenges
- Strong executive presence and consultative selling approach
Compensation: $300-350k OTE
