We are looking into hire an experienced Sales Director with a strong background in IT services sales to lead and accelerate Sonda's expansion in the United States. This is a strategic opportunity for a professional with an entrepreneurial mindset, a strong results-oriented approach, and a proven track record in business development, especially in mid- to large-scale projects.
Work Location: On-site, Miami, FL
Responsibilities:
- Lead Sonda's commercial operations in the U.S.
- Take a hands-on approach to prospecting, building relationships, and closing new business opportunities.
- Manage and develop a high-performance commercial team.
- Design and execute the strategic sales plan aligned with the company's global objectives.
- Oversee the unit's P&L, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
- Represent the company at events, forums, and networking opportunities relevant to the technology sector.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the successful delivery of high-value solutions to clients.
Requirements:
- Solid experience in IT services sales, with a proven track record in competitive and complex environments.
- Experience with mid- and large-scale projects, focusing on tailored solutions for corporate clients.
- Previous experience in P&L management and full financial accountability for a business unit.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance sales teams.
- Hands-on profile with strong execution skills and decision-making ability.
- Fluency in Spanish might be a differential.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in the U.S. market.
