We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales to lead our sales team, expand our market presence, and help us achieve ambitious growth goals.


Job Summary:

The Director of Sales is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and enhance customer satisfaction. This role will oversee the entire sales department, including hiring, training, performance management, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership, roofing industry knowledge (preferred but not required), and a strong track record in B2C and B2B sales.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a high-impact sales strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and lead a high-performing team of sales representatives.
  • Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and budgets; ensure consistent achievement of sales goals.
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand business in residential, commercial, and insurance-related roofing segments.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to adjust strategy and improve performance.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and production to ensure seamless customer experiences and project handoffs.
  • Manage and refine the CRM system and sales processes for maximum efficiency.
  • Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions.
  • Maintain compliance with all legal, safety, and ethical standards in the sales process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (desired, not required)
  • 7+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Roofing or construction industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven success in developing and executing strategic sales plans.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales performance tools.
