Job Title: Sales Director

Location: Atlanta, GA or Dallas, TX

Annual Salary: $140,000


Are you a seasoned sales leader with a passion for driving digital transformation through CRM and AI-powered solutions? We're looking for a Sales Director to join our high-performing clients and help accelerate growth across North America.


In this role, you'll be responsible for expanding their footprint within the Salesforce ecosystem and beyond, leading net new business initiatives, and building long-term client relationships. You'll work at the forefront of customer success, decision science, and agentic AI-led managed services.


Responsibilities:


  • Drive net new business within the Salesforce install base in your assigned territory.
  • Acquire new customers and meet/exceed sales quotas for managed services, including CRM, AI, and integration solutions (e.g., Mulesoft, Tableau).
  • Develop and execute clear, strategic account plans that deliver long-term value.
  • Generate opportunities through all channels: Salesforce AEs, networks, and outbound initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce Partner Sales & Account Executives in pre-sales, discovery, and qualification.
  • Lead discovery sessions, estimate project scope, and manage the full sales cycle from lead to closure.
  • Negotiate Statements of Work (SOWs) and Master Service Agreements (MSAs) that create a strong competitive advantage.

Qualifications


  • Years of experience selling Salesforce products and solutions, with a strong track record of achieving sales quotas.
  • Proven success in one or more industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, or financial services.
  • Strong network and established relationships with Salesforce teams, especially in mid-market and global accounts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and close complex deals.
  • Collaborative mindset and experience working alongside Salesforce sales and delivery teams.
