Are you a dynamic and results-driven Sales Leader ready to take on a high-impact role? We are looking for an experienced Sales Director to cover a maternity leave, leading a high-performing sales team and driving growth within a thriving sales unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage four sales teams ( 30 sales professionals) to achieve business targets.

  • Support and mentor three Sales Managers, ensuring consistent performance and motivation.

  • Drive sales growth through strategic initiatives and data-driven decision-making.

  • Analyse sales trends and performance data to guide sales strategies and pipeline development.

  • Oversee key accounts, resolving escalations and ensuring strong client relationships.

  • Execute and roll out sales initiatives that align with business objectives.

  • Provide hands-on support to sales teams when covering for managers during leave.




What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership, sales management, and sales analysis.

  • Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.

  • A results-driven leader with a passionate, energetic, and ebullient approach.

  • Ability to analyse data and trends to develop sales strategies that drive growth.
