Role Overview:
The Sales Director - SAP will be responsible for driving new business development, building relationships with enterprise customers, and selling SAP services and staffing solutions. This is a senior-level role requiring a proven track record in SAP sales and the ability to operate independently without extensive onboarding or hand-holding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new enterprise-level sales of SAP consulting, implementation, and staffing services
- Own the full sales cycle - from lead generation to closing
- Develop and execute account strategies to penetrate and grow key SAP accounts
- Engage directly with CIOs, IT Directors, Procurement, and SAP Program Managers
- Collaborate with internal delivery and technical teams to shape customized SAP solutions
- Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- Represent the company at SAP and industry events
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in selling SAP services or SAP staffing to enterprise clients
- Strong network within the SAP ecosystem and demonstrated ability to open doors at large accounts
- Experience working in a high-growth consulting or systems integration environment
- Excellent understanding of SAP product portfolio (S/4HANA, ECC, BTP, GRC, etc.)
- Strong executive presence with outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and deliver results quickly
