Role Overview:

My client is looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales Director to lead their mid-west sales in Chicago. You will play a pivotal role in driving demand and building a high-performing commercial team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the North American sales strategy to accelerate demand generation and revenue growth across the mid-west and broader NA region.
  • Build, nurture, and expand relationships with Hold Co., independent agencies, and direct brands to drive new business.
  • Work closely with the executive team to implement tailored commercial strategies that align with the company's goals.
  • Serve as the point of contact for the business, representing the company's values, vision, and capabilities to clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Drive pipeline management, focusing on delivering sales results and exceeding revenue targets.
Experience & Skills Required:
  • Proven experience in selling brand advertising campaigns to agencies within AdTech or the digital advertising space.
  • Strong and established network of contacts across the agency landscape, including key decision-makers.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • A demonstrated history of driving pipeline development, and exceeding sales targets.
