What You'll Do:
As our Sales Development Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind finding and creating new business opportunities. You'll focus on identifying potential clients, reaching out, and showing them how our software can solve their problems. You'll be in charge of managing lead campaigns, presenting to decision makers, and collaborating with our marketing team to qualify leads. Plus, you'll get to build relationships with existing and new clients and become an expert on an industry changing product.
In this role:
- Identify, target, and generate new business opportunities through call and email campaigns
- Work with the marketing team to manage lead generation campaigns.
- Qualify inbound leads and respond to client inquiries.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Learn about our competitive, fast-growing industry and become a product expert.
What We're Looking For
- Recent college grad or early career professional interested in B2B technology sales.
- 1+ years of experience in any sales or customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and eager to learn.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Not afraid to engage in cold outreach and speak to unfamiliar people on a daily basis.
- Ability to travel to customer sites and tradeshows, domestic and international as needed.
