Role Overview
As a Founding SDR, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth. You'll have the unique opportunity to develop outreach strategies, shape the sales pipeline, and work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, growth, and product. This role is ideal for someone eager to make a tangible impact at a rapidly scaling start-up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting
- Conduct inbound lead qualification to maintain a robust sales pipeline
- Gain a deep understanding of the platform and the competitive landscape
- Manage top-of-funnel lead generation, executing high-volume outreach (email, LinkedIn, cold calling) to engage prospective clients at scale.
- Track and analyze outreach metrics (open rates, reply rates, call conversions) to optimize effectiveness.
- Build and document scalable outbound strategies, creating playbooks for future SDR team members.
Experience and Skills:
- 1+ years of experience in SaaS Sales
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
- Experience in a start-up environment is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
