We're now looking for two high-performing SDRs to join their founding go-to-market team. This is a unique chance to build pipeline, own strategy, and grow fast into an AE role, with full access to leadership and no red tape.


What You'll Do

  • Generate qualified outbound pipeline using tools like Amplemarket and power dialers
  • Run creative outbound experiments and iterate quickly
  • Build and refine lead lists based on clear ICPs
  • Collaborate closely with AEs and founders-your input shapes the GTM motion
  • Learn fast, get hands-on sales coaching, and help define the sales playbook

What We're Looking For

  • 1-2 years of SDR/BDR experience (ideally in tech)
  • Highly competitive, coachable, and intellectually sharp
  • Strong communication skills and a natural problem solver
  • Background in sports, retail, or high-output roles is a plus
  • Motivated by growth, impact, and winning as a team

Interview Process

  1. 15-30 min intro call with Sales
  2. 30-45 min deep dive with the CEO
  3. Onsite trial
  4. Offer made within 48 hours
