We're now looking for two high-performing SDRs to join their founding go-to-market team. This is a unique chance to build pipeline, own strategy, and grow fast into an AE role, with full access to leadership and no red tape.
What You'll Do
- Generate qualified outbound pipeline using tools like Amplemarket and power dialers
- Run creative outbound experiments and iterate quickly
- Build and refine lead lists based on clear ICPs
- Collaborate closely with AEs and founders-your input shapes the GTM motion
- Learn fast, get hands-on sales coaching, and help define the sales playbook

What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years of SDR/BDR experience (ideally in tech)
- Highly competitive, coachable, and intellectually sharp
- Strong communication skills and a natural problem solver
- Background in sports, retail, or high-output roles is a plus
- Motivated by growth, impact, and winning as a team
