Compensation:$85,000 - $110,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Identify, research, and engage high-level real estate business owners
- Qualify prospects based on investment activity, mindset, and fit
- Build trust and spark meaningful, high-level conversations
- Book strategic consultations with our executive sales team
- Use tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn, and Sales Navigator
- Partner with sales & marketing to fine-tune messaging and targeting
- Stay sharp on real estate trends and market shifts
- Support and attend CG events to meet prospects and members in person
Qualifications:Who We're Looking for:
- 2+ years in SDR/BDR or outbound sales roles
- Strong communicator with emotional intelligence and executive presence
- Track record of exceeding performance goals
- CRM experience (HubSpot or Salesforce)
- Bonus: Experience with real estate investors or HNW clients
- Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Outreach or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
