Job Title: Sales Development Representative

About Us:

KonstructIQ is an early-stage startup on a mission to transform the residential construction industry. We are based in Palo Alto, CA and opening an on-site sales office in Sioux Falls, SD. This is a unique opportunity for Sioux Falls sales talent to join a fast growing Silicon Valley based tech company.


Our SaaS platform simplifies project management and payments for general contractors, empowering them to run their projects smoothly and optimize financial performance. The team at KonstructIQ has over a decade of experience working together at a previous successful venture and exit to U.S. Bank. We are looking for dynamic individuals who are ready to hitting the ground running with our outbound sales strategy and make an impact out of the gate. This is an exciting opportunity to make a massive impact as a key player in a growing company.


What You Will Do:


  • Prospect, educate and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities
  • Reach or exceed performance metrics on calls, meetings and sales
  • Achieve both individual and team goals
  • Collaborate with team members to maximize opportunities and drive sales
  • Work closely with the Sales Management team to develop targeted lists, strategies and messaging to drive opportunities for new business
  • Execute lead generation campaigns with Marketing and Sales
  • Learn, understand, and implement processes and systems such as Salesforce

Who You Are And What You Need:


  • Minimum education level of high school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of sales or lead generation experience preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older to apply
  • Possess knowledge of sales theories and practices
  • Display skills in written and oral communication
  • Possess creativity to craft innovative sales strategies to address the needs of individual leads
  • Ability to learn, understand, and implement processes and systems
  • Maintain a strong work ethic
  • Display energy, passion and a desire to excel


What We're Looking For:

Experience in Vertical Saas: Proven experience in selling SaaS products as well as familiarity with fintech products, OR Proven experience in a similar SDR role.

Strong Communicator and Collaborator: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and work across internal and external teams.

Deep knowledge of Hubspot: Hands on working experience with sales tools like Hubspot or others.

Entrepreneurial Spirit: Comfortable in an early-stage startup environment, with a willingness to adapt, iterate, and compete.
