What You'll Do


  • Prospect and identify high-potential biotech and pharma companies who would benefit from Mithrl
  • Craft thoughtful, clear outbound emails and LinkedIn messages to spark conversations with scientists, founders, and decision-makers
  • Qualify inbound interest and book meetings for the broader sales and science team
  • Work closely with the founders and commercial team to experiment with messaging, targeting, and new markets
  • Learn the fundamentals of life sciences, RNA-seq, and AI applications in biology (don't worry, we'll teach you)
  • Document customer pain points and questions to help guide product and marketing efforts
  • Be a key part of building and scaling our GTM engine from the ground up

What We're Looking For


  • 5+ years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or similar customer-facing role (bonus: in biotech, AI, or SaaS)
  • Strong writing skills and the ability to distill complex ideas into simple, compelling messages
  • Curiosity, persistence, and a drive to understand how things work
  • Comfort with ambiguity and eagerness to experiment with new approaches
  • Ability to listen deeply, ask good questions, and spot real pain
